Shadow Maul's life steal ability has been broken

after the newest patch, now the shadow maul lv.3 has lower amount (only about 3.5 per hit) of life steal than bat bat.

Steps to Reproduce

just go use lv.3 shadow maul with a damaged character to kill something and observe the life steal effect.

That's intended.
It was in the update release patch notes but unfortunately it didn't get included in that patch.
