Shadow maul doesn't upgrade with certain bosses

I think this might be intentional: you don't actually kill any of these bosses.

This is intended at the moment.

You don't kill them, only defeat.

Hey, can the Crab King have this too? His "die" animation also shows that he was not actually killed.

This could apply as well to the Ancient Fuelweaver I think. However it might compromise the player's game progress too much, if details such as these would be changed to be lore-accurate...
