'Server not responding' after March QoS update

Hi.

Our issue I reported in comments here was not resolved so I post a new bug and hope to receive help.

We play cooperative at local server from 2 notebooks connected to the same WiFi router. Previously all worked well. But after some update my second player can no longer connect to my server, although it is listed in her server list.

No hardware or its firmware changed, no firewall settings changed, no new software was installed, no VPN or proxy enabled, internet connection is stable and network speed is good.

Logs from both machines are attached. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Start game on machine #1
  2. Press 'Host Game'
  3. Select existing world
  4. Enter its password and load it
  5. Start game on machine #2
  6. Go to the list of existing servers
  7. Find and join a server created on #1
  8. The game tries to establish a connection for some time and then says 'Server not responding'
