Server enter problem

One Day, I play with my freind in his dedicated server. Next day when i enter server, pops up say "server is not responding". I try again and again then once in a while i can enter the server. But still most attempts failed. Even today hosted server is also hard to enter. In addition, It happen only my freind's server. Please understand I'm not good at English

Steps to Reproduce
we tried port forwarding, reinstall, all mod off. here is my log.

In the server browser screen, what is the ping listed beside your friend's server? The logs look like it is taking too long to get a response from the server.

To help determine the source of the issue i'll need you to attempt to connect to your friend's server again and then get the server_log files from your friend.

It's been fixed since we shipped port forwarding again today.
But the little question is, why didn't it suddenly happen the other day?
