Server browser allows access to unlisted mods

The server browser's mod list from servers has a handy feature where you can click on the mods to open up their Steam page. However, this also applies to Unlisted mods - possibly friends only and more?

Steps to Reproduce

Go to server browser
Select a server
Go to mods
Click on Unlisted mod
Obtain forbidden knowledge

User Feedback

Description for Unlisted is "This item is visible to everyone, but will not show up in searches or on your profile."

I don't think it's improper to be able to reach that from a given server's mod list.

If you could reach Private or Friends-Only, that would be wrong, but Steam is almost certainly going to stop you from viewing that mod page.

Changed Status to Closed

An item being unlisted does not stop it from being viewed, downloaded, subscribed, etc. The direct workshop identification number must be known to be able to access the file on the workshop. This number is broadcasted by the server to clients so the client may download and then play on the server.

to add onto this, If you don't desire this behavior, the correct mode to set is Private, which won't suffer from this issue.
