Geotermite has a post-rift form instead of the standard form:
By the way, scrapbook is increasingly suffering from the lack of an option to switch between forms in a given entry. More and more creatures are being added to the game with more than just one form that could be represented in a single entry. Often, these other forms differ only in appearance in details (geothermite, resting horror, lurking nightmare, etc.), so making separate entries for nearly identical creature forms would just look weird. So, they end up not being added at all, leaving the player unaware that a given creature has a stronger form with planar stats

Sanctum Vase is signed as Replica:
Corrupted King Statue has no character descriptions:
Briar Wolf doesn't have a list of the costumes it drops and all the resources you can get for performing on stage:
Gestalt, Incursive Gestalt, Resting Horror, Shadow Hand, Wavey Johnes and Small Woby are in the Things category instead of the Creatures category:
Incursive Gestalt's entry doesn't list Lunar Rift, Possessed Varg, Crystal Deerclops, Armored Bearger, Bright-Beaked Bird, Bright-Eyed Frog and vice versa:
Resting Horror entry and icon have additional red elements:
Dust Moth isn't marked as Lunar Aligned:
The Mimicreep entry has health despite the fact that the mob itself doesn't:
