When rot is in rain it disintegrates, but when it is in the umbralla's protective bubble it should be protected from disintegration. However rot will still disintegrate under the umbralla's bubble.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Make it rain, have rot, have a activated umbralla on the ground and watch the rot disappear.
