Rigamajig

I have been having issues with the garden rigamajig not working. This happens on every world I have created, though I do not have any mods on my games so it would not be effected by this. Every time I set down the rigamajig, it just sits there, does not turn on, there is no text that implies I have to activate it when I walk near, or hold things near it. It has been sitting in a patch of cleared out forest for three days, and has not created any soil. Can you please look into this?

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create rigamajig

2) Set it down

3) Wait

4) Attempt to move it

5) Wait more

Go to bugs

Yeah, it's not working cause you just dropped it on the ground. You need to "Deploy" it with right click.

Right clicking only lets me examine it, even if I run around to different locations with different turf, or cleared out spaces.
