Retrofitting failed

Just got on my world to play the new content and found out about that the waymark leading to the new rooms is still "under construction". Is there any way I can fix it? (Got a heat gland next to me so you guys can see that I do have the update just the retrofit didn't happen)

Steps to Reproduce

People told me on discord it might be due to some mods, especially Insight and Don't Starve Alone. I do not have the latter anymore. (Since around the WX skilltree dropped.)

components/vaultroommanager.lua :167 (MakeLinkUnderConstruction)  was infilitrated into the main update on accident.

  

    self:MakeLinkUnderConstruction("lore3", DIRECTIONS.N) -- TODO(JBK): Remove this when no longer under construction.
