Rarity Frames off-center

Bit petty of an issue but I wanted to give it a report!

Currently every skin rarity frame in the game is slightly off-centered to the right. Here's an example with the Loyal frame where you can see one side is not touching the border, but the other side is. Again, this is not exclusive to the Loyal frame, it affects every frame!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Look at a rarity frame in-game

2. Really look at it

3. You will see it is slightly off-center

The yellow triangles they are not in alignment either I think this is more for artistic style than anything overlooked with them all being slightly off.
