Random numbers in sign titles

Was playing on my day 100+ World and I built a directional sign, I typed a message using the xbox keyboard and everything seemed fine until I examined the sign and it was the text with random strings of numbers in them

I have attached two images taken when the bug first happened and then when I hammered and rebuilt the sign, the second time around I used the random name generator. 

I have experienced minor graphical glitches in this world before, but nothing major

The world is also using a custom preset and caves are generated
