Profile Icons and Portrait Frames disappeared?

I was very excited about the new twitch drops- but when I went to equip them they're not in my inventory at all.

When I go from Portrait Frames to Profile Icons, the new icon isn't there and my old background comes back up.

Also none of the old twitch drops are showing at all.

Steps to Reproduce

If it helps only noticed this after receiving the new icon (I'm not sure if it was before) and I refreshed the page and "claimed" it a second time because it was taking a bit to show up in game. I'm... not sure if this is related.
