primary interact is only showing inspect

every item in my inventory is showing left click as inspect, which is performing the same function as examine (right click) and not allowing me to equip, drag and drop. or most other functions except eat certain food, all key binds are unchanged, and less time I played (roughly 1 week prior) this was not an issue

Steps to Reproduce

all i did was spawn in as weber, my 2 friends also playing weber arent having the same issue
