Powder Monkey eating sounds [mod support]

Powder Monkeys are currently unable to eat in the vanilla game, however there exists functions, animations, and sounds for the action.
I wish to restore this behavior, however the current sounds are absurdly loud compared to the rest of the sounds produced by Powder Monkeys.

Seeing as this is unused be default this fix would be lower priority, but still very appreciated!
