Powder monkey attacks get blocked by land

Not sure if this is a bug or not but they just infinitely paddle into the land. I feel they should be able to hop onto land then reach your boat

 

 

Steps to Reproduce

Get a monkey pirate attack while land is in the way

they cant leave till they hop on your boat and steal some resources from you :)

Used similar method to farm drops from pirate raids. When you place boat in middle and build dock kits all around it
