Portable Tent / ReplacePrefab Function when replacing with another prefab causes the replaced prefab to flicker and not transition into original prefab's place smoothly

Title may sound a bit weird lol I couldn't explain it well so here's a gif showing what I mean

Basically, the ReplacePrefab function when replacing a prefab doesn't put it perfectly in the replaced prefab's place and it does this glitchy abrupt looking teleport upon replacing the prefab.

This bug can easily be seen with the portable tent item which when dismantled from a structure into its item form the transition doesn't go smoothly thanks to the bug.
