Oh man this one is gonna break my heart but a bug is a bug, sigh.
Not sure what forced it to stay, maybe he was doing a pickup action or holding an item when the Hat reached 0%?
I saved a video and can add it here if needed.
Steps to Reproduce
Let Polly Roger's Hat reach 0% and he won't go away, even when you equip a different hat.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
