please help my copy of dst cant generate a circle with grass twigs and trees on it

im literally using  a mod called empty map which just makes the world waterlogged biome, pearl island, and a circle island at spawn, AND ITS TAKING [redacted] MINUTES TO GENERATE WORLD! im literally using it as the only mod just so i can add the other mods after it generates

BE ME AND USE EMPTY MAP MOD
