Before players could adhere to min_attack_period in their combat component to allow attacks to have cooldown. They no longer pay attention to attackperiods and can attack regardless if CanAttack runs true or not. While this only causes issues for mods, it is a pretty big bug for things like Playable Pets where some mobs have attackperiods for balance purposes.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Spawn in.
2. Set your attack period in console via ThePlayer.components.combat:SetAttackPeriod(99)
3. Attack something and notice that there is no cooldown between attacks.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
