Wonkey is disallowed from using hand/feet cosmetics due to the custom symbols needed for Monkey running.
However, nothing is required for the cuff symbol, and thus Wonkey can still use them. Despite this, they're missing in the running animations.
Steps to Reproduce
Equip any skin using the cuff symbols.
Preform the Monkey run! Run!!
Notice the cuff symbols are missing.
