All the sounds the player characters make in game are quiet and semi muffled like they are playing out of my monitor (they aren't) and stay the same volume regardless of the sound effect settings unless it's off, all the others sounds in the game are fine and change volume when using settings (music and ambient sounds are unaffected).
Steps to Reproduce
I don't know exactly how this happened but i know that this started happening after updating my pc earlier today, the game was not running when i updated
