I've mostly experienced this when using rollback, as that puts you at the start of the day, which is right when the pigmen should be waking up from last night's full moon transformation. (which happens every night because of the Mysterious Energy)
I typically have powdercake surrounded by fences/walls to keep the (were)pigs occupied, but relogging at that particular moment sends the pigs into a weird frenzy and they start attacking walls, fences and even each other for some reason.
On the other hand, if there's no relog at that particular moment, everyone functions as it should. And if I use c_save() to reset/rollback to a different time of day, this does not happen. (I have not tested if relogging during the full moon produces the same result.)
I've attached the save with the pig farm in question.
1. Go through a full moon night.
2. Relog/rollback at the start of the next day.
3. Pigmen go wild.
