Piggyback Inventory UI Blocks Wetness Meter, Unlike a Krampus Sack

Have a Krampus sack and a Piggyback on hand.

Get wet (via rain or by throwing water balloons at yourself).

Wear a Krampus sack. See that the wetness meter is visible.

Wear a Piggyback. See that the wetness meter is blocked by the Piggyback's inventory UI, even though it has less slots than a Krampus sack.

This is on the default HUD modifiers of 5 as well.

Steps to Reproduce

Get wet. Wear a piggyback. See that the piggyback's inventory UI blocks the wetness meter. See that it doesn't happen with a Krampus Sack.
