Photosynthesis is ineffective in surface at dusk, but effective in the cave sky light at dusk

This seems to be an oversight, since cave sky light is supposed to be sunlight coming down from the fissure.

(Can we make it work at dusk? same with farm crops, which would make it very neat and meaningful. also doesn't need to add an additional feature about cave sky light at dusk
