I had a quest for interrupting on Wilson as a personal quest, and used the crystal heartfire bomb and it apparently doesn't count.
I tried to do it multiple times multiple runs and didn't get the quest done.
Gave up on the heartfire crystal and I got the quest done on the molten dart.
Steps to Reproduce
get an interrupt quest - use heartfire crystal only to interrupt and try to achieve it- it wont count.
