Finally got time to put out some Replica Relic Chair to get the Sawhorse blueprint from Pearl, but she never tried to sit on those chairs no matter how many chair I placed, I already have 100 point in decoration score (I checked with debug command), so I am not sure if that is stopping me from getting the blueprint, but even after I hammered a bunch of stuff to lower score, Pearl still never attempted to sit on Replica Relic Chair.
Am I forever locked out of getting Sawhorse blueprint by normal means?
1. Get all friendship point on Pearl's island without putting down any Replica Relic Chair
2. Do everything required to move Pearl, including defeat Celestial Champion, open rift, finish Spark Ark Quest and discover Moon Quay
3. Move Pearl to Moon Quay then move Pearl to main island
4. (Maybe not needed?) Raise decoration score to 100 without putting down any Replica Relic Chair
5. Putting down Replica Relic Chair
