This happens since the EOTS update. The save is on ~Day 200 with about 60 mods active.
I have to force shut down the game, but the game saves after loading a new instant and I can continue on the desired destination (in - / outside the caves) after loading the save again. So technically, the game crashes after loading and saving the new instant, which I cant quite comprehend.
Normally I am able to make out the mod causing a crash quickly, since I get the workshop mod ID in the log.
In this case all I get is:
(...)

But since I am playing the game on a high-end PC I dont think the memory requested is calculated correctly.
I will attach the whole client_log.txt generated after a OOM crash.
