Old Habit Arms spread out too far when emoting

Maxwell's forearm stretches a bit too far when waving and doing some emotes. Could only snap one quick pic of a single emote.

Steps to Reproduce

Wave and perform certain emotes with the "Old Habit" body clothing, see that his forearm disconnects from his upper arm.

Fixed in the best way possible. I was quick to judge the new hotfix changes :P
