Non-melting ice

When you put ice on the ground, they are rotting but not melting. They stay there forever.

Steps to Reproduce

Put some ice to the ground. And wait it to diasppear. Same with the caves.

Go to bugs

Can confirm, and it's a real old bug aswell. Like pre-RoT.

Ice on the ground just stays at 1% forever even in the direst summer
