No Staves for Refined Spear?

Sorry for flooding the bug tracker.
Another thing.
There's no fire and ice staff alternatives for the Refined Spear skin, but I'm not certain if that's unintentional, or if it's just because the Refined Spear is Distinguished, and not Elegant. (Unless it was supposed to be elegant all along)
It's the only spear skin to not reskin the fire and ice staves, and I think it'd be cool to see them cleaned up.

I think its intentional?

When you go to your curio cabinet and choose this spear under your belongings, it only says that it reskins the spear. No mention of staves anywhere.
