No mods it's just RAM

Hello devs I've been playing with 20 mods a long time but I received a Windows update and then my game crashes everytime I want to join to my world. I use this win upd like an critical point cause it's not a compability problem of the mods. I've worked to hard to make all of this stuff work together. I want to know why this happens. It's incredible because while the world is loading it achieves 3.0gb of used memory!! and then it crashes. Usually the game requires 2 or 2.5 ram to work. Some guidance please.
