Nightmare with 0 Health still attacking

A nightmare had 38 hp remaining and sustained 38.3 damage from a final hit, yet was still there and attacked someone and killed them. I clipped it for proof and you can see the whole thing in the Twitch clip.

Steps to Reproduce

I assume have a nightmare sustain damage with the same weapon?

I think the nightmare had a little over 0 hp, maybe 0.2-0.5 hp or something like that. I believe the health mod you have there rounds the mobs health down instead of up, so while it says 0 I don't think the nightmare actually had 0 hp left.
