Newly crafted rabbit hutches and pig houses not spawning mobs

Usually when I create a rabbit hutch or pig house, rabbits or pigs will spawn immediately, not even after 5 days. However, world generated rabbit hutches and pig houses still spawn mobs.

Steps to Reproduce

Build a rabbit hutch or pig house, with or without skin

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

its not only new. some map even the orginal pig houses and bunny in caves dont spawn any mobs

Yep, "Fixed" means it will be fixed in the next update
