New Crab Foley only plays during _pre anim

I made a recent report noting that crab knights/guards were missing foley walking sounds. These just got added, and they're super cute, but they only play when they start walking. Continuing to walk or stopping plays no sounds, meaning they go mute as soon as they start walking.

Steps to Reproduce

Spawn in a crab. Let it walk around for a bit, notice it only plays sounds when it takes its first step.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
