Nautopilot burning down without changing sprite

When playing on a friend's world (unmodded) we set sail during the summer, using 3 Boats and 2 Nautopilots and 2 Nautopilot Beacons. The beacons and Nautopilots were paired. Since it was summer, one Nautopilot started smoldering and caught fire, burned for a few seconds, then the fire disappear and its sprite still looked normal but now it wasn't paired with the beacon anymore and acting as if it was burned and non-functional, being unable to be paired.

It seems like it burned down despite the sprite not changing, alike to:

The version of the game is from 2022-08-30. Since I was not the host I do not have the server logs.

 

 

Edit:

Upon reloading and resuming said world today the sprite showed up as burned, so there seems to be a problem with changing sprites upon burning down.

 

Edit2:

It looks charred after rehosting the world (correct sprite). During the session when it burned down it looked normal albeit acted as if it had burned down (incorrect sprite / bugged non-existent sprite change). After rehosting:

Steps to Reproduce

Wait for a paired / active Nautopilot to start smoldering and burning during the summer. Wait for it to stop burning. The sprite will remain normal but it will act as if has burned down.
