Mouse clic not working

Sorry to hear about this. Here are a couple of troubleshooting steps your friend can try:

1) Please have them ensure that there are no gamepads, controllers that are connected via USB or via Bluetooth to her computer. 

2) They could also try disabling or uninstalling 3rd Party Controller configuration software that may have been installed in the past.

- If they have any 3rd party controller emulation software (like VJoy, X360ce, etc…), please try disabling these, in case they are conflicting with the game's built-in controller settings

- If disabling does not resolve the issue, try uninstalling any 3rd party controller software and see if that makes a difference.

3) If the previous troubleshooting steps were not helping resolve the issue, they may want to try a specific console command that will force their controls to get fully reset to their default values.

- On the game's main menu screen, press the Tilde key ( ~ ) on their keyboard to bring up the console command line

- On the console command line text box, type this code (or copy and paste it):

ResetControllersAndQuitGame()

- and then press Enter key on the keyboard.

This will reset all of their keyboard/mouse controls to their default values, and deactivate gamepad controls before exiting the game. From there, launch the game once more.
