Most Bobbers/Floats can't be used as fuel.

A lot of bobbers are unable to be used as fuel, despite being made of flammable materials.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to fuel campfires/firepits with bobbers/floats that look like theyre flammable
2. Cant
