moon quay island giving 'insanity' debuff

That's strange. Is the island very close to the lunar island?

 

I'm not sure if this is considered close, but if sailing probably only like 1-2 min of sailing.

That's the closest I've ever seen those spawn. It might actually reach that far- I don't know any way to remove the enlightenment aura from turfs, try asking on

 maybe they can help.
