Mods Are Glitched

Same happens to my girlfriend. We were trying to understand what is going on, but it seems that is something with the workshop logs itself. Reinstalling the game is not working, unsubscribe to the mods and reinstalling the game is not working as well. The only thing that worked it was reinstalling the windows and the game.
