Mod moved from mods folder

I'm sure this is intended, but still incase it is a bug because i dont see klei mention this in anywhere.
Now if I update a mod:
It delete itself in ..\steamapps\common\Don't Starve Together\mods
It move to ..\steamapps\workshop\content\322330\ (took me an hour to find this)
If this is intended, please notify all modders about this, if not, fix?

Steps to Reproduce

Update a mod, anymod.

Go to bugs

Intended, this was not mention because some changes were made that will mean mods not only are not aware they are in a different directory, but don't and shouldn't be adjusted to try and work in a new directory.

Changed Status to Closed
