A little while ago (around 2 weeks ago), my brother and I (both on different computers) started getting this error when trying to join a friend's game:
Everyone else we had been playing with were able to join the server with no problems. When we both checked our Mods tab we saw that one or two of our mods needed to be updated, but when pressing the update button nothing would happen and the mod would not update. Deleting the outdated mods did not solve the issue, so I'm assuming this could be an issue with the Steam Workshop or DST Mods downloading in general.
I tried to fix this by pressing the Clean All button in the Mods tab: 
But instead of fixing anything, this completely broke all of my mods. Whenever I open the Mods tab, it's stuck in a constant loop of trying to redownload all of the mods, but as soon as all of them have been "downloaded" (when the red number under the Update button reaches 0), it brings up an error saying that there are no mods installed, even though there are. After a few seconds, the error goes away and it starts trying to redownload all the mods again, only to do the same exact thing. I don't think this is an issue with any specific mods, because they were all working completely fine before this. I was having no issue downloading mods or playing with any of them on my own server before. This issue only started happening after pressing the Clean All button.
I checked my mods folder in files, but no mods show up at all (they used to show up before I clicked Clean All.)
I've tried everything I can think of: I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it multiple times, and I've also unsubscribed and resubscribed to all of my mods in the Steam Workshop multiple times too. Restarting steam doesn't fix the issue, and neither does clearing the steam download cache. I've also tried verifying integrity of game files on steam multiple times, but I'm still having this issue. My brother is having the same exact issue as I am, and nothing we do seems to fix it. We can't find any fixes for this either. Does anybody know of any fixes or why this is happening in the first place? I've included my client log but I couldn't find an MDMP file.
Edit: I checked the client log (attached below) and in it there's a loop of the same "Failed downloading mod!" error. This goes on for a whiile. I don't really know anything about this stuff though, so I'm not sure if anything in the log shows why the downloads failed. (Edit2: I've ready somewhere that EResult 16 means Timeout, but I still have no idea how to fix this.)
I'm not sure what caused the "Disconnected Due To Missing Mods" issue, but the issue with mods downloading started when I went into the mods tab and pressed the "Clean All" button.
