Missing bolts

I recently checked the klei rewards tab, since it's Halloween and all and was told I should check, and there it shows that I bought a pack of 12000 bolts and used 11000 to craft a pack of cosmetics, but shows a balance of 0 bolts. Do bolts expire, or did mine just disappear?

Steps to Reproduce

I just logged in an saw no bolts on my PS4 account. The transaction list on the klei site suggests that I should still have 1000.

Hi there, sorry to hear about this. Could we get you to contact our support team directly regarding this issue? When contacting support via our support ticket system, please include your Klei User ID (KU ID/Klei ID).

To find your Klei User ID on PS4, launch the game and in the main menu go to Options > More > the Klei ID will be located there.
