jk we figured it out because we were mentally deficient
I have completed the first two steps of the Metheus puzzle on the website with a friend. The Metheus chest will not accept the correct item placement. We are on the same server, and stand right next to the chest. We have both tried inserting the items. We have tried resetting the server, restarting the server, and restarting the client. Nothing seems to work. The items we inserted in order were as follows:
2x thulecite, 1x orange gem, 2x nightmare fuel, 2x carrots, 1x walking cane, 1x bee
1) Complete the Metheus puzzle with a friend
2) Log in to a server with said friend on the same accounts
3) Use supergodmode and speedmult to quickly find the Metheus chest
4) Insert the items in quantities and order specified by the Metheus puzzle solution (done by either player)
5) Have both players stand next to the chest as the chest is closed
