Massive lags on casting Fishing books

That's because there are too many ocean fishes, use powder monkey to kill them instantly with cannons, that way it won't lag

I think fish book should limit how many fish around players can spawn, like bird book (which reach it limit after 2~3 read)
Right now upper limit of ocean fishes are too high, people can read a full bookcase of ocean book before we can even reach it.
