Masquerader Abigail's Flower has no special petal VFX

Reposting on to the main branch's bug tracker just in case it gets lost.

Steps to Reproduce

Use Abigail's new skinned flower, notice that there are no petal sprites for this one skin, specifically when summoning and un-summoning her.
