Map changing colors after death

After dying, there's a rare chance of the map losing it's colors, making it in tones of blue and green. The chance can be increased by using the Minimap HUD mod.

I'm playing the Windows version of the game, launched by steam.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the game normaly
2. Find a way to die
3. Check your map
Observation: It doesn't always happens!
 
OR

1. Download the minimap hud mod ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?l=portuguese&id=345692228 ) to increase the chance of the bug happening 
2. Do the steps described above

I had  the same problem today, I didn't die but just quit the game. At the same time, my character became poisoned just like shipwreck(I was playing dst)

Did u fix this problem?
