For all of plants that can be parasitism by Brightshade, though they have a higher priority after being dug up and planted, natural plants can also be parasitism.
The only exception is the Lunarisland Sapling, which is not parasitism able if it is not dug up. But once it is dug up and replanted, it will.
Strange.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Generate a world with no normal saplings, berry bushes and grass. only Lunarisland Sapling.
2.Start rift cycle
3.Wait a while.
4.Notice that No any Brightshade spawn.
5.Dig up a Lunarisland Sapling and replant it.
6.Wait a while.
7.Brightshade spawn on it.
