Lunar (and Shadow) Rifts are still showing up on the map

When a Lunar Rift closes, the map icon still shows up on the map.

This bug report here says this issue was fixed but it still seems to happen:

Is it an old icon before the bug fix? The rift icon disappeared properly on my map.

If not then I guess it has something to do with player staying in another shard while the rift closes.

It's a brand new one. I don't remember if I changed shards when the rift closed, but I'll keep on eye out on that.
