Lunacy Screen Effect Cut Off When Not In Full Screen

The Lunacy screen effect is cut off on both sides of the screen when not in full screen. (Changing to full screen fixes this)

Steps to Reproduce

- Turn off Full Screen in settings

- Go to Lunar Island with high sanity
