Lightning conductor and Deck Illuminator skins can't be changed with clean sweeper after put on a mast.

Noticed this when my lightning conductor skin reset to default randomly (bug or freak accident?)

Steps to Reproduce

1. build mast with lightning conductor or deck illuminator

2. attempt to skin with clean sweeper

3. notice how you can only target the mast with the clean sweeper
